🚚 Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT +05:00, Pakistan Standard Time)

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (depending on destination and carrier)

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your Feetz shoes without unnecessary delays.


📦 Delivery Terms

We partner with trusted global carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide reliable and trackable delivery for all orders.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

  • Change of Address: Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
    Please contact us at support@feetz.fit as soon as possible if you need to make changes before dispatch.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.


Wrong Address or Incorrect Information

  • If an incorrect address is provided and delivery fails, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center.
    Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

  • Incorrect details such as wrong phone number, email address, or ZIP code may cause delays or delivery failure.
    Feetz.fit is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect customer-provided information.

Please double-check all details before placing your order to ensure successful delivery.


🛑 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on returning your order after delivery.


📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible.

  • If you receive a damaged package or if your parcel appears lost in transit, contact our support team immediately at support@feetz.fit with your order number and photos of the item/package.
    We’ll investigate and work quickly to resolve the issue.


💰 Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes are included in the final product price at checkout.
You will not be charged any additional sales tax or hidden fees for U.S. orders.


📨 International Shipping

Currently, Feetz.fit ships primarily to the United States, but we’re expanding to new regions soon.
